Why is my refund taking so long?

Refund processing times vary depending on your bank and how quickly we can process your returned item/s. Here’s why it may take longer:

• High Number of Returns at once can slow down return processing time.
• Bank processing times can range from a few days to a week with the average of 3 days.
• Weekends & holidays can delay processing of returns and bank processing.
• Internal bank verification procedures may apply.
