What if an item is missing?

While we strive to fulfill all orders accurately, items may occasionally be misplaced in the warehouse. If an item is missing, you will be notified at pickup, and you will not be charged for it. If your order consists of only one item and it is unavailable, you will receive an email notification before your appointment, and your appointment will be canceled automatically.
