If you are running early or late, there’s no need to reschedule. However, if you need to change the day of your appointment, go to your account’s appointment section to cancel that appointment then create a new appointment with the correct day and time. The same process applies if you want to fully cancel your appointment.
If you schedule an appointment and our warehouse team has already picked and consolidated your items you will not be able to cancel or reschedule and this option will be grayed out. Please submit a ticket with the new date and time you would like to reschedule and our customer service team will assist you.
Please note that all items need to be picked up within 7 days of winning, items not picked up within 7 days will be relisted on our site.
