What happens if I miss my pick-up appointment?

If you miss your appointment, your pending charge will be reversed, and your items will return to your cart (if still within the 7-day pick-up window). You can reschedule your appointment from your account the following day. All items will need to be put back into racking and repicked on the new appointment day and time. Missing an appointment will trigger a restocking fee and if your account is in delinquent status you will need to pay these fees before you can bid again.
